圍棋是多年的興趣，單純的喜歡圍棋的思考深度。大學參加過幾屆梅竹賽，2016年的AI賦予圍棋新的視野，自評應該有業餘初段棋力吧！
一直以來都只吹複音口琴，近年開始接觸十孔藍調口琴。一把樂器可以放在口袋中，藉由各種吹奏技巧，享受一琴在手，隨時可以抒發情緒的感覺。
太極拳是內家拳，強調松沉以氣運拳。丹道為練炁，強調「煉精化炁，煉炁化神，煉神還虛」。在練習的過程中，太極與丹道兩者可相輔相成。
紫微斗數在中國傳統術數中，屬於典籍相對較少的。利用簡單的生辰資料來看透人間道。命運禍福無絕對，正所謂「禍兮福所倚，福兮禍所伏」
